Cancella​tion Policy

We all have busy lives, and I do understand things come up and we need to cancel appointments.  I ask that 24 hours notice is given if you have to cancel any appointment with me.  This way I can provide treatment for someone who may be in need.



Late policy

If you are going to be late for your appointment, I kindly ask that you call, text or email me so I am aware as soon as possible.  Also note, that if you are late for your appointment, whatever remaining time is left is what you will receive.  Example: If your appointment time is from 1pm to 2pm and you arrive late, your appointment will still end at 2pm.  This ensures I am on time for all of my clients, paperwork and cleaning that follows your appointment.  If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be considered a "no show" and you will need to reschedule for another time.



Sick policy

As we are all aware with Covid 19 rules being changed all of the time.  I respectfully ask that if you or anyone in your house is unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
